Sports massage can be divided into three forms:

The goal for each is the same - to maximise performance, to reduce injury risk and to speed up recovery.
By relieving muscle tension, Swedish therapy can be both relaxing and energising. The techniques involve long, soft, kneading strokes, as well as rhythmic, light, tapping strokes, on the superficial (or top) layers of muscles. It often helps when you are recovering from injury.
Deep Tissue Massage
If you're suffering from tensions and aches that cannot be solved by a classic Swedish massage then a deep tissue massage might be the answer you're looking for! During a deep tissue massage, the pressure is stronger and concentrated on the problematic area.
